The Study On The Procedure Building Of Administrative Accountability For Chinese Local Government

As one of the important contents in modern democratic politics, administrative accountability is also an important way to strengthening the responsibility government. The procedure of administrative accountability can bring good effect of administrative accountability, by participating in the whole process of administrative accountability to ensure its science and legality. The purpose of accountability for the local government is to regularize the behavior of the local government and make sure the liability carried out in a proper way. In recent years, Kunming has made bold reformations of administration, which cause huge attention in the whole society. The administrative accountability is one important link in local governance, and it is also a effective instrument of Kunming's reformation which has gained good results. Administrative accountability in Kunming is representing the characteristics of local government.
