Research On Administrative Accountability System Of Grassroots Government In China

Administrative power as a kind of public power that can control a large number of social resources, has the characteristics of easy to abuse and unlimited expansion. In accordance with the powers and responsibilities consistent principle, more power to you should bear more responsibility, this is the premise of power operation specification. At present, in our government at all levels to implement the responsibility system to a great extent, promoted the transformation of the government function, improve administrative efficiency, but also enhance the administrative organs and their staffs sense of responsibility and sense of service, the construction of the responsibility government, legal government of great significance.
