National civil service is an important component of the national political system. Remuneration system of civil servant is the most sensitive part of civil servant management system, which The Civil service management is faced with and can not be avoided. With the changes in the social environment and the objective factors, especially after China's accession to the WTO, Compensation system of civil servant has caused an unprecedented social concern. For the continuous deepening of market-oriented, the reform of China's civil servants'remuneration system has been related to the stability of the national civil service, the further reform of government agencies, the management and work efficiency as well as the level of decision-making。Our government has increased the emphasis on development and reform of China's civil servants'remuneration system. Before2006, there already had three national wage reforms, and then the Law of Civil Service was promulgated and implemented in2006, after that, the sunshine wages in some cities were also implemented. Although the compensation system of Chinese civil servant has further improved, there still exist plenty of disadvantages, such as the low overall level of the remuneration, the unreasonable disparity, the lack of formation mechanism and growth mechanisms of the pay level decision, etc.After a system analysis, this article has used a variety of research methods to describe the present situation of the existing civil servants'remuneration system reform, to find the problems existed and to search the causes behind it. To get an obviously detail description, the article selects a state agency's remuneration system reform as actual case. And finally, the article puts forward the ideas and proposals to the reform of China's civil servants'remuneration system.
