Perfect The Legal System Of China's Financial Consumer Protection Study

The economic crisis, spreading to other developed countries from America, draws the attention of the governments to set down to the severe problems of financial consume. One of the vital problems is to construct or complete a law system to protect the financial consumers. China is greatly affected by the international financial crisis, what's more, it's common to see the consumers'legal rights being invaded in China. Therefore, China is also confronted with the problem of how to improve the law system to protect the financial consumers. However, China is far more behind, both the theoretical study on financial consumers'protection and the system construction, thus China is hard to meet the requirements of the economic development. In this thesis, based on some real cases and the status quo of the consumers'protection in China, the writer aims to present the necessity to construct a law system to protect the financial consumers in China, and also comes up with suggestions of how to construct the system.The thesis concludes the following four parts besides the abstract and the conclusion:Part One Based on the real cases, it presents the specificity of the financial consumption, being different from the normal consumption; Besides, how the dispute of financial consumption develops and the confusions of how to protect the financial consumers in China are also shown in this part.Part Two It presents the status quo of protecting the financial consumers in China, thus demonstrates the insufficiency of the legislation in China.Part Three It is a general survey of the foreign countries'law system to protect the financial consumers, taking America, Britain and Japan as examples. Also it shows how China can learn from them to construct it's own system.Part Four It presents the suggestions to complete the law system to protect the financial consumers in China, from the following six aspects concerned with the financial consumers: the concept, the legal rights, protection system, protection organization, means of remedy and the education system.
