Basic Framework Of Inner-Party Democracy System

The key to the problems of China lies in the Party, and the key to the problems of the Party lies in the Party building. In the great project of Party building, democracy within the Party is a theoretical and practical task which should be paid closely attention and must be resolved as quickly as possible. Because of perfecting the system of democracy within the Party is a premise to ensure democracy within the Party need a long-term, steady and healthy development. It also ensure institutionalized and legalized of national political life. Establishing and improving the inner-Party democratic system is the inherent requirements for strengthening the basic framework of inner-Party democracy system.The Chinese Communist Party has traversed an extraordinary course of building the basic framework of inner-Party democracy system. Establishment of the single institution, then developed into support and contact with a variety system gradually and now formed a relatively complete and specifications system. Now the basic framework of inner-Party democracy system is an organic whole which composed of basic system and the specific system interrelated. This article describes the achievements and experience of building the basic framework of inner-Party democracy system objectively. However, under the new situation of socialist market economy developing and reform and opening up, there are a lot of new problems of basic frame work of inner-Party democracy system.
