Education doesn't aim at teaching or receiving what we've already had, but aim at waking up the sleepy self-consciousness deep in human's life, the feelings about life, creativity, value. Human values education which initiates promoting human's spiritual life and cultivating sane personality is the new turning direction of modern international moral education as well as the significant influencing educational proposal and practice in the whole world. With the rapid developing of modern China's economic and the improving of substance conditions, pursuing for the meaning of life and existence becomes to be the topic which has been much more concerned day by day. Research on the theories of human values education and engaging in its practice is of significant age meaning and practical value for rebuilding human's life order, carrying life's meaning forward, making sure of the social developing value dimension.The educating and teaching of China's math subject emphasizes its own system, logic, but ignores human being's general developing and humanistic education. In the practice of math education, what the most teachers teach the students is full of the knowledge of "science spirit" ,but is lack of the core of "humanistic value" ; prefer teaching the students how to chase "truth" than how to get"goodness"and"beauty"We can not deny that math should teach knowledge, methods and scientific thought, but it also should make the math educating full of culture and life atmosphere, make it play the personality enlightenment role during science instruction, and train the valuable person for the society. Therefore, know the humanistic value of math hidden curriculum, attach weight to the development and seepage of math human values education hidden curriculum, combine transmitting the value concepts and ethics moral rules of human culture with teaching knowledge, so that to realize the conformity of human values education and science education, this is the precisely the orientation of human values education and also the necessity of mathematic education development.For this reason, this research takes the Qinghai school human values education curriculum development research project as the background ,pays attentions to the microcosmic of human values education curriculum developing during the math teaching class, uses the orientation of natural research and case studying, discusses how to develop human values hidden curriculum during math teaching class by interview, classroom observation and documents analysis and so on, so that to realize conformity of human values education and science culture, highlights the goodness, truth and beauty of all mathematical subject spirit.This research mainly concludes four parts: instruction, theories research, case studying, and the research reflection and revelation. The entire research gets to start at the theories research firstly, at the basic of clearing the key concepts and theories, analyses the necessity of human values education hidden curriculum during the math teaching class; proposes the principles, specific methods and contents; then uses individual case studying, regards one math teaching course throughout by teacher M of school Y, demonstrates and analyses how to develop human values education during math class teaching from three steps: preparations before class, class teaching and reflections after class. By individual case studying, the author finds that teacher as the curriculum developing and practicing mainstay plays significant role during human values education hidden curriculum developing. The human values education hidden curriculum fills in aspects of class instruction, and the influence of it is also extremely lasting and profound .Therefore ,as the mainstay of human values education hidden curriculum developer and implementer, teacher should adjust the influence on students by human values education hidden curriculum from the following respects: transform in ideas, establish hidden course development of consciousness ;improving the occasions, taking the class productive curriculum resources seriously ;designing intelligently ,transforming the hidden and manifest curriculum effectively; optimizing the teaching atmosphere ,establishing the harmonious associated relationship between teachers and students.
