The implementation of this new round of middle school mathematics curriculum reform calls for the middle school mathematics teachers and normal college students higher standards and requirements.Teachers' mathematical professional quality has an important effect on mathematics education and mathematics curriculum implementation, but many normal college students' mathematical professional quality can't satisfy mathematics education and the needs of mathematics education reform and development. Under the background of the implementation of tuition-free normal college students' policy, this paper researches the origin of their mathematical professional quality. This thesis mainly takes the investigation and theory explanation on composition elements and relationship of mathematical professional quality. Explore and reveals the main influencing factors in the process of tuition-free normal college students' professional quality development. Explore the development paths of mathematics professional quality. Come up with some rational proposal to solute tuition-free normal college students' mathematical professional quality development.First of all, in the literature analysis and finishing constructed on the basis of the mathematical professional quality of core concept, mathematics professional quality including mathematics knowledge, mathematical ability, and mathematical cordiality three dimension.Further, summarize and put forward five main origin of mathematical professional quality, namely the academic learning activities, teacher education class and practice, extracurricular learning activities, middle and primary school mathematics learning experience and self reflection.Secondly, after theory research,the interview of incumbent teacher and tuition-free normal college students, carry out the questionnaire about mathematical professional quality development. Using stratified random sampling method on six normal universities affiliated to Ministry of Education in China2008,2009and2010grade,890math professional tuition-free normal college students were in the sample of this survey.Thirdly, Through the SPSS18.0for variance analysis, principal components analysis and regression analysis, path analysis combined with theoretical research, this paper concluded that the main research conclusion.(1)mathematics knowledge is the foundation, the mathematical ability is the core, mathematics cordiality is power;(2) the role of five origin of sources in the development of mathematics professional quality in the role of quality education class size is teacher education class and practice, extracurricular learning activities, academic learning activities, self reflection and middle and primary school mathematics learning experience;(3)among the above five origin of development source, there has a significant positive correlation, that is, they interacted promote the development of mathematics professional quality;(4) the role of different origin of development has significant differences between gender, grade and some schools.Finally, this paper puts forward the following suggestions to promote tuition-free normal college students'professional quality of mathematics.(1)Strengthen the different origin of development to the mathematics professional quality enhancing function of dimensions.(2) Deepen excavating mathematics knowledge, mathematical ability and mathematics cordiality and the interaction between the transformations.(3)Respect the boys and girls'body and mind development differences, and draw up the genotype targeted training programs.(4) Pay attention to students learning life, and actively developing the second classroom.(5) Teacher education seriously practical courses and teaching practice.(6)Set up normal universities normal exchanges and promote free normal enjoy more and more excellent learning resources.
