Mathematics education plays a special and important part in human education, and it can also promote students' study of other subjects. It helps to coordinate the relation of the math education with arts subjects, which is helpful to popularize math education of arts students and beneficial to the implementation and popularization of quality-oriented education and cultivating high-caliber arts talents into all-round developed talent. As for students of arts, high school is the most important phase to understand and grasp mathematics. Therefore, enhancing the math education of arts students in high school is essential, which can lay a good basis of the following math study.In the process of mathematics teaching, liberal arts students have many obstacles to the mathematics learning. As a mathematics teacher, we all know the importance of penetration and cultivation of a mathematics thought method to the arts students, and improving the mathematics level of them is our unswerving pursuit. In practical teaching, we carefully analyze, think over, design and practice the teaching of arts students'learning. Teaching practices enable us to deeply realize in the teaching process in the middle school, arts mathematics also has an important meaning to the major development of the students in the future.The thesis is combined with practice. Through the survey and research for arts class in the school, valuable data and conclusion are obtained. The difficulties that arts students face in the process of learning mathematics are discovered. To direct at these situations, the suggestions for solving the problems of arts students in the process of learning mathematics are proposed so as to lay a strong foundation of the major study for arts students when they go to the institute of higher learning. Meanwhile, through the necessary representation of the mathematics subject offered by arts subject in the institution of higher learning, the mathematics education popularization of arts subject in the institute of higher learning must be implemented. Therefore, after the liberal arts students go to the institute of higher learning, learning mathematics, especially the realization of mathematics spirit and the throughway for grasping mathematics, has important significance for the students who go to the institute of higher learning, particularly the development of the liberal arts subject.
