Class is an important part of teaching in school education. Class management of the class teacher in school management has an important role. It can create a unity, democracy, equality and healthy environment to guide the students develop a good habit of thinking and doing manner. It also makes students to learn for mutual exchange and mutual promotion. A united, progressive spirit of class will promote the all-round development of students.How the use class management theory managing classes practically, is a problem whitch each class managers need careful thought.I as a first line of the class management and a class manager, hope to improve the level of class management, explore the the real situation of scientific and efficient management methods for primary school class Wuhai city,through class management research.This article district elementary school class management-as the breakthrough point in Haibowan, Wuhai city Inner Mongolia. Through literature data, survey design, and collect data for comprehensive analysis of research, and found a primary school class management problems in wuhai City:the idea of class management is drop behind; teachers do not want to take class management actively; class manager does not focus on the student's self-management skills; treat students just simple didactic, ignore the precept; head teacher has to establish a good image in students' minds; class management objectives are not clear; the lack of democratic management classes. According to a survey conducted research and analysis, the main reasons of problem:lack of guidance effect the class management level;class management lack enthusiasm; class management evaluation system is not science.I make recommendations on the causes and solutions of problems focus on class ment:class management should be based on the premise of affective education; walk the teacher specialization road;variety of ways to improve the management level of teache; effective management strategies and methods of the class.In short, class manager has to update the concept of education, focusing on the student's overall development and managing class actively, and resolve the class management issues fundamentally.
