Micro-standard course is practicality course which belong to subject-based pedagogy, it's target is training normal students the teacher's teaching skills.As basic education curriculum reform need teachers' specialization more and more,Micro-standard course playing an increasinglyimportant role in teacher education teaching ability pre-service training.Especially in nearly two years ,teachers colleges in order to realize maximal matching talent cultivation and real demand which from basic education,increase Micro-standard course input for Micro-standard course reform. But the Micro-standard course implementation is still in the exploration stage,how about the reform achievement,whether reach the intended purpose or not,this needs a effectiveness evaluation for measure. Micro-standard course effectiveness evaluation playing an important role in course implementation,may promote course implementation more regulate and more perfect,meanwhile, is the most complex and difficult technical one aspect of the largest.So,this paper takes to the problemof teachers colleges Micro-standard course effectiveness evaluation,is divided into six parts.first,use Systematic theory knowledge analysis and discuss normal students teacher's teaching skills enhance extent,and the relationship of normal students Micro-standard course effectiveness ,raise evaluation theory basis of teacher's teaching skills;then, comprehensive Micro-standard teaching with course effectiveness evaluation,define the conceptual framework of teachers colleges Micro-standard course effectiveness evaluation,establish basic theoretical framework of teachers colleges Micro-standard course effectiveness evaluation;then use T test and principal component factor analysis determine detailed evaluation index of framework,make sure four dimensions for teacher'steachingskillsevaluation index system:Language ability,Operation ability ,Monitoring ability and Design ability,and puts forward teachers colleges Micro-standard course effectiveness evaluation which based on delphi method ,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and efficacy coefficient method etc multi-index synthetic evaluation method .finally,using practical research methods,combining empirical research statistics try to realize the evaluation to four departments' Micro-standard course effectiveness of Liaoning normal university ,find out the weak links in implementation process of Micro-standard course──for students training at Monitoring ability ,and on the basis reason belong to training methods and means ,puts forward rationalization proposal.
