The Quality Education implementation and the basic education curriculum reform have poured vigor for the primary school teacher to develop the education scientific research, and built a platform, at the same time, it also has brought forward higher request to the primary school teacher. The education scientific research which the primary school teacher developed was promoted to a new cognition. Society and government also paid highly attention. The primary school teacher herself also recognized the importance and necessary of developing education scientific research.Based on the current fact of education scientific research in Wuhai, with the method of investigation files, questionnaire and interview, I make an investigation of 253middle-aged teachers (under45)who belong to ten elementary schools in Wuhai. It aimed to fully grasp the true situation of teachers'developing scientific research in Wuhai. The paper summarized and refined the main problem in scientific research, and analyzed the main factors which affected and restricted the primary school teachers' deep research in Wuhai. Thus, according to the feature of primary school teacher's education scientific research in Wuhai, it provided reference and suggestions that how to effectively develop education scientific research.Through the survey, knowing that the scientific research had made some achievements now, however, there also existed kinds of problem, for example, the consummation the system of education scientific research, the effectiveness of training of research, the creation of the atmosphere of scientific research, and the improvement of the teacher's ability of research. This paper separately summarized and analyzed these basic issues and their causes. Combining the fact of scientific research in Wuhai, the paper tried to propose the corresponding solution for education authority, school and teacher herself. Firstly, education authority should regulate system and serve for the education scientific research. From the starting with strengthening the management of education scientific research, increasing investment of scientific research, improving the system, changing the way of training, valuing experts' leading and promoting communicative cooperation, all those were satisfied for the teachers to study research. Secondly, school should be based on itself. It created a good environment for study, which, begin with perfecting motivation system, losing teacher's burden, improving the methods of research, building a good academic atmosphere. Finally, teachers should improve her individual quality. Each teacher should strengthen responsibility and theoretical study, reflect teaching practice, actively participate in scientific activities, raise their studying ability and advance one's professional development.The education scientific research was always in the first place in teaching work. Therefore, establishing an open, energetic education scientific research system is not only the need of education but also an urgent task. At present, although there exist some questions about primary school teacher's research work in Wuhai, but I firmly believe we will have harvest, as long as we built correct research concept, diligently explored, boldly explored, and pooled everyone's wisdom. This thesis connected theoretical analysis with piratical operation. It comprehensively stated the solution of developing the education scientific research in Wuhai, so that, expecting offering reliable information to related departments in Wuhai for their scientific management, and offering a strength to push the healthy development of primary school teacher's education scientific research.
