With the development of economic globalization, multinational corporationsagree that the Chinese market is crucial for its global strategy. In order to win theChinese market, C company proposed a strategy,"Win with China", focusing onbuilding a comprehensive and systematical business model in China. C companygained rapid development in China in the past years, but the development of leadersand professionals do not match its development pace. There are still issues about lackof leadership capabilities for talents, professionalism for technical people. CorporateUniversity is a strategic tool for improving capabilities and developing talents. Itshould take the responsibility and make its contribution for C company developmentin China. The comprehensive training management system of C corporate universitiesin China will provide strong guarantee to achieve this strategic goal.In the research, the author will firstly illustrate the context of the topic, thepurpose and meaning of the research, theories and methodology. Secondly the authorwill demonstrate the stages of corporate university, analyze the differences betweencorporate universities and traditional universities, corporate university and trainingdepartment. Thirdly, the author researches the status of C corporate university, analyzeits training management system, trainer management status, the training evaluationstatus as well as the advantages and disadvantages of C corporate universities andmade recommendations for its improvement. Fourthly, the author re-built the trainingmanagement system of C corporate university, including the objectives and guidingprinciples, organizational structure and personnel responsibilities, curriculumconstruction, trainer team and training process design. Finally, the author takes Ccorporate university leadership training programs as a sample, analyzes its trainingmanagement system.The author hopes to improve C corporate university and make contribution to thedevelopment of C Company in China by restructuring the training managementsystem.
