With the sustained enlargement of undergraduate normal college and saturation of primary and secondary school teachers, and the education requirement of state for middle school teachers is improving, professional education specialist-level graduates are facing difficulties in finding jobs. There are fourteen universities which set the major of teacher education in Yunnan province, including nine undergraduate universities and five teacher's colleges, three of which are new transitional. Because the local transitional teacher's colleges are in Minority College in remote areas and their restructuring time is short, managerial condition is relatively poor, so the contradictions between graduate employment and the actual needs become more prominent. In order to do further education on the existing problems about education college teachers'professional development and discuss the special status and role teacher's colleges perform in the educational system of china, the author statistically analyzed and did questionnaires survey on the employment status of graduates of Chinese education and mathematics education in Lijiang college and Lincang college.The Research results are as follows:firstly, there is a big difference between graduates'employment expectation and actual employment differences. Survey results show that 55 percent of all students with the hope that they can engage in the work which is close to their majors, but actually only 8% of them are; secondly, there is a difference between actual employment orientation and the training objectives of school. In the two Sampling survey professional in three colleges,,76 percent of students finally chose other industries, which is far away from the training target that "training primary and secondary school teachers and education administrators". Thirdly, most graduates lack confidence in employment competition. Through the questionnaire survey, the author finds that most graduates'employment goals are not clear and they expect too much, showing the characteristic that they lack self-confidence and theur competitive consciousness is not strong; fourthly, schools still need to strengthen students'employment guidance. Graduates generally expected to be improved in social activities ability, professional ability, career planning and innovation spirit, etc. what is more, they also want to gain more employment guidance from school to improve their own competitiveness in employment.
