Research Of Relationship Between Government And Community In Community Governance

Community governance is the process that the members of community take park in public affairs actively. With the deepening of reform of the administrative system, the needs of the community becoming more diverse,the community autonomous organization, the resident as well as the Non-governmental organizations become the important force which participated community governance. Relationship between government and community is transforming. Community governance demands that the responsibility of community public affairs should be undertaken by government and community together with residents. The healthy development of community depends on the relationship between government and community.Therefore, how to adapting to new circumstances, how to coordinate relationship between government and community is the current important problem for the theory and practice.The paper aims to discuss ways of the combination of the community building and functions transferred from the government, which making a sound interaction relationship between the government and the community coming true, making the community multi-governance coming true. And some new inspirations and ideas of building the sound interaction between the government and the community will also be gotten.The fifth part, The suggestions are proposed to build up the new relationship between city government and community according to the current condition of Chinese community governance.
