The community education is one of an important parts of our education system in our country, to construct our life-long education, to build a learning-oriented society, comprehensively improve our overall quality, for building well-off society's goal to have the extremely vital significance. Since 1980s, under our party and our government's strong leadership, under in common's attention and efforts, our community education has made a great progress. But, in recent years, under the common higher education, the medium education have made the rapid development, our community education development appeared many problems and met certain bottleneck, emerged the adverse situation. The community education refers to the members of the whole society's education, to raise and content the members for the need of cultural life. The community education for this paper refers to xi hu qu of Nan Chang city community training institutions of education activities for the community members.This study aim for the object of the community education xi hu qu of Nan Chang city, by using the literature, the questionnaire and the interviews, the purpose aims to point out that the development situation of community education xi hu qu of Nan Chang city and the problems existing and analysis the causes of the problems, and finally points out the corresponding measures to solve the series of problems about the community education. Through the investigation found that the current hinder the development of community education are insufficient investment, community education funds shortage; partial leaders not value, community education development in small scale, insufficient of training institutions; in primitive conditions, public schools openness are not high; weak teaching force, the teachers troop instability, not professional; the teaching quality is low and the administrative management system and evaluation mechanism does not reach the designated position, etc. Produce these problems' the main causes are without stable financial input mechanism; relevant leaders not value; the community education training institutions internal reasons; lack of exchanges and cooperation with other public schools; the community teachers' professional identity not to be recognized, the teachers rights is no guaranteed, etc. According to the development situation of the community education xi hu qu of Nan Chang city, problems and causes and puts forward following measures are: to increase the expenditure, and broaden the channels funds of the community education, providing the necessary funds safeguard for community education; clear functions of the government, formulate development planning of the community education; to be perfect the community education training institutions internal operation mechanism; improve community school running conditions, realization the combination of school resources and the community education resources; strengthen and stable teachers' construction, improve the teachers' teaching level; effectively use various resources for community education services; further to improve related administrative management system of community education and evaluation mechanism. Through the research for these questions, formulate certain law provides for community education, for community education xi hu qu of Nan Chang city has reference value, to solve the problems existing in the community education provides better measures. Promoting xi hu qu community education better, faster development.
