Cultural management is a human-oriented management idea and management concept, and is a new management idea after scientific management. Cultural management is a humanistic management, which stresses caring about men, satisfying men, develop men, improve men as the main purpose of the organization and management, and emphasizes the management of the people as the starting point and destination point. Under cultural management, self-management is a kind of management based on the core values, and is a new management mode with the objective of free and full development of college students. In the process of self-managemet, the ideological and political education workers take full advantage of the students'initiative to explore their subjectivity and the sense of participation and make them self-motivated, self-control, self-learning, self-education, self-management.Ideological and political education of college students has been the concern of the party and state all the way, but how to find an effective approach for ideological and political education, and to achieve the ultimate goal for our nation to cultivate socialist successors have always been the considerations of political education workers. This paper aims at discussing the research method and the objective of self-management among college students from the pespective of cultural management, and thus working for ideological and political education. What's more, the modern sociey is a society of knowledge explosion. In such a knowledge society, the objects of management enjoy a higher education with increasingly independent and innovative consciousness. In such a state, cultural management of school has attracted more and more attention. In order to be better adapted to "the knowledge society" and "the culture age", the new management approach of "heading for cultural management" has been "an inevitable choice of the 21th century", on account of the restrictions of the existing management modes of most traditional schools.This study Thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction and it, is mainly discussesed infrom the following five aspects. Firstly, it discusses, first, the origin of the problem of the origin; Second,. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to, so exploreanalyse the cultural management Perspective sStudents' self-management issues from the cultural management perspective and grasphold the regularity of for the purpose of strengthening and improvinge ideological and political education has important, theoretical and practical significance; Fifth, Lastly, it discusses the research methods and innovations. Knowledge of, mainly based on education, philosophy, management, knowledge of psychology are employed to study cultural management from the pPerspective of students self-management., the use of Ttheoreticaly and empirical research methods of combiningare combined to analyze the current situation and trends of self-management on the status of university employed by college students, and the trends are analyzed, depending on the culture of College Students under the management of self-management major contents were described, depending on the cultural management field self-management under the guidance of the students learn the theory and the theory of the sort. The second part is the discussed from the perspective of cultural management students status and trends of self-management, mainly for domestic and foreign cultural management students self-management Perspective analyzes the current situation and take the empirical research approach to self-management capacity of Guangxi Normal College Further analysis of the domestic example of ideological and political education from the status of self-management, self-management trends and college students were analyzed. In tThe fifth part, the author provides the approach of self-management under cultural management is mainly fromby means of the changing concepts, changing, improve the system perfecting, team building, create an environment creating and other aspects of self-improvement and cultural management to achieve self-management Perspective Students implementation path for the realization of the overall development of students and organizational development to provide the harmony possible. and makes it possible for the hamony of the students'full developmet and organization development.
