Along with the time development, our country educational reform and development entered the new historical stage. However, the teacher continuing education is the key to the education develops. In order to promote the teacher career development and the teacher overall quality enhancement, the Education Ministry decided to launch nationwide primary and secondary teacher educational technology training. But through to the current primary and secondary teacher educational technology training investigation and study discovery the majority training effects are not ideal, period has various problems, but its root lies in evaluation unreasonable.Question which appears based on the primary and secondary teacher educational technology training, this research has carried on the analysis to the current teacher training theory and the researches of training evaluation mode. And has carried on the investigation and the analysis through the questionnaire and the interview to the present situation of the current primary and secondary teacher educational technology training evaluation, and unifies the existing evaluation mode, has carried on the construction to the primary and secondary teacher educational technology training three-dimensional evaluation mode, finally for the practice. The results showed that three-dimensional evaluation mode can give us a more comprehensive evaluation of trainees in the learning process, and can promote the development of the primary and secondary teacher educational technology training.
