The question is the main communication channel for the teacher and the pupil's thinking and feeling in the teaching, which not only animate the pupil's thinking, but also could train and protect he pupil's non-intellectual factors, such as curiosity,interest,imagination and so on. However, the pupils often get caught in the teacher's routine question in the traditional teaching, which ignore the pupil's idea and restrain their thinking development. Since the new course reform, the questions not limited to the teacher due to the pupil's dominant position get protected, which is the crucial factor for prompting the pupil's explore,express and communicate, in addition,which is also the basic requirement for the talent."The pupils ask questions "in this article means the pupil is the subject of the question and the "questions" means the opinion,the idea,the doubt and so on, which could prompt the student's thinking,imagination and expression. The article aims to analyze the reasons of restricting the pupil's question, combine the related research and the experience from the teaching, propose the problem awareness and the asking awareness are the two crucial elements for "arising problems", based'on the observation imagination and the curiosity analyze the problem awareness, which considered the observation is the source of knowledge, but the imagination could enrich and surpass the limited perceive,therefore,the two factors could provide abound situation and perceptual representation for the question, besides, the curiosity could active the thinking which could prompt the questions arising. The problem awareness only rely on the inner speech, but the expression still need the thinking, the article analyze the asking awareness mainly based on the experiential learning,critical thinking and cooperative learning, due to the experiential learning could provide the situation, and the critical thinking is the core of the thinking which could make the express full of logic and clear, the cooperative learning could provide the circumstance and the opportunities for the pupils communication,argument and expression, the above factors could make the expression much truth and effective.Therefore, the article mainly based on the above factors propose the teaching strategies and the writer expects the teacher could select the appropriate,efficacious strategies train the pupils not only to discover the problem, but also could express the questions,the confused and prompt their thinking development.
