Under the increasingly international competition in the 21th century, every country has been making the educational reform for the important role along the road of modernization of country. Mostly, the quality of education lies in the quality of whole group teachers, and the teachers' specialization which asks the requirement of modern education is the needs of conducting the tragedy though which we use science and technology to develop our country and our Chinese race. Facing the educational reform and quality-education, physics teachers should answer more and more high requirements, and high normal education should also fight the challenge.Firstly, both the difference between ideal state and real state and it's reason, which the high normal education performs, has been analyzed in the article, including preferring scholarship to education, theory to practice, and reception to innovation. The article has discovered the developing direction of the educational discipline curriculum in physics, using the comparative study method in education from the aspect of the educational discipline curriculum in physics.Through survey research, the article has studied the reports about the teacher' quality and found the distant of teacher's quality in their professional knowledge, professional skill and professional spirit; it also has seized the key of developing the educational discipline curriculum in physics.Secondly, based on the clearly given definition of teacher's quality, the article has analyzed the real state of native study and other countries, showing that more researcher focuses rather more concentration on the common aspects every discipline curriculum than the sole discipline, and more on the describable study of teacher's structure than the law, though which the object of teacher's quality could be established.Then, the article discusses the role and value of educational discipline curriculum in physics, including professional knowledge, professional skill and professional spirit. This study has universal signification and can be used to other kind of educational curriculum.Thirdly, the article describes the curricular target characteristic aiming on the cultivation of teacher's professional quality by the modern curricular theory; the characteristic three aspects: paying close attention to the requests of balanced development of normal students, adapting to the requests of innovation education for normal students, and seizing the spirit of knowledge structure in physics. Then, the article establishes five principles of educational discipline curriculum in physics, including objective principle, developing principle, optimizing principle, practicing principle and all-round principle. Based on these principles, the educational discipline curriculum in physics has been adjusted and optimized.It goes without saying that adjusting and optimized way should follow the trend of professional curriculum ideas and the trend of multiple unit in curricular structure, focusing on the civilization of teacher's professional quality.Finally, the author rethinks his own practical instruction activity in educational discipline curriculum in physics on the aspect of civilization of physics teacher' quality in the article.The instructive content is conformed, to be of the same standpoint of modern teaching theory, curriculum theory and learning theory, pedagogy in physics is a good case in point. Through the course, the author indicate either it's advancement of exciting the students' activeness, initiative and creativity or it's problems such as the effete of instruction efficiency and the differences witch the students take part in the course and designs the direction of study.
