Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Employment Concept

With the gradual establishment of our country's economic system and the labor - personnel system reform, it has broken the traditional employment model, established a standardized job market initially, the situation for college students is a severe test which is caused by market-oriented changes. As the college students'employment concept has a crucial role in choosing occupation, the study on the contemporary college students'employment is important and adapt to the era and social development requirements.This paper Hunan investigate the contemporary college students'employment concept as Hunan University of Science and Technology an example, identify the problems and analyze the causes by counting survey data, ultimately find the strategies of guiding the contemporary college students to establish the correct employment concept.This paper has five parts:The first part is an introduction, it main describes the paper's background, significance, researching status and methods.The second part discusses the meaning of contemporary college students'employment concept, it mainly describes the definition of choosing occupation, employment concept, college students'employment concept, and other relevant concept, analyzes the significance of choosing a correct employment concept for the contemporary college students.In Part Three, it mainly identifies the problems about the contemporary college students'employment concept through data analysis as Hunan University of Science and Technology an example. The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems about employment concept.This part discusses the reason from four parts: society, college and contemporary college students'.The last part analyzes the strategies on guiding contemporary college students to establish the correct employment concept. This section presents recommendations in four areas: community should actively participate in strengthening its security function; universities should strengthen higher education to play the role of education as a primary position; parents should change their concepts and enhance literacy to highlight the guiding function; students should be self-improvement to fully mobilize their own initiative.
