The Research On Education Countermeasures Of Employment Concept For The Contemporary College Students

As the first batch of post-90s students coming into the university campus in 2009,post-90s college students have quietly become the main stream of university campus, and in the next ten years or so, they will continue to be the main crowd of University campus. Because of the contemporary college students born after 1990 with a series of new characteristics and demands, research and analysis the situation of career education for post-90s college students, especially the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in relation to the occupation development of the contemporary college students, related to the future development and direction of reform, to the stability and harmony of the whole society, even to the historical process of "Chinese Dream". This paper makes a systematic study on four parts from the concept of career education problems and countermeasures of the contemporary college students.The first part:introduction. The paper introduces the topic background, the necessity and practical significance of the topic, the research status at home and abroad.The second part:the related concept and theory of the contemporary college students’ career education.The third part:the concept of career education of the contemporary college students. Through the questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the contemporary college students, summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors of the contemporary college students’ view of employment, analyzes the basic situation of the contemporary college students’ career education, and then discusses the contemporary college students education in the existing problems and reasons.The fourth part:the countermeasures of the contemporary college students’career education. First of all, create the favorable social environment for the college students career education, especially the policy and public opinion; secondly, improve the mechanism of the college students’career education, including the construction of curriculum system, employment guidance mechanism, construction of teachers, the research about the concept of career education; college students should strengthen the concept of career education by themselves, establish a positive and healthy concept; finally, construct the evaluation system for the concept of career education, establish the evaluation institutions and formulate relevant policies, construct educational evaluation index.There were no roads, unless the people walk. Many roads are deserted, if people don’t walk. The fathers of young college students have had many heroic choices--"to the areas where they are most needed". No matter when, this choice are laudable and advocating, this spirit will move and inspire more and more people with lofty ideals.
