Face a wide range of social value orientation, the face of the new curriculum reform we have put forward new demands, the creation of local history, the history of school-based curriculum is complex, but also has far-reaching significance. In this paper, Shandong Experimental High School Local History implementation of school-based curriculum to open the specific circumstances of the school show of "people oriented", "unlimited development space for students to create" educational philosophy. The need for schools to open this lesson, historical status and school-based curriculum to promote the implementation of local history teaching in such areas as discussed in further education function of history and culture to explore, with a view to highlight the school's operating characteristics.In the school-based teaching, we chose to conduct a preliminary study of local history teaching. Local History of history teaching in many of today's economic development, education and advanced countries in general attention. Enable students to understand the history of the community around them can stimulate students' enthusiasm and passion for learning history.
