The final purpose of education is to promote human development. The Revelation Outline of Basic Education Course, made by the Education Department according to our study situation, highlights students'development, takes creativity spirit and practice ability as main point, and emphasizes that education process is a mutual process of teacher-student communication and co-development. The new idea of education puts attention to students'independence and autonomy, creates educational environment to arouse student's participation, leads student to question, research, exploit and solution, in this case to develop student thought quality. The academic characteristic of biology also decides the importance of question set in class. The biology is a science of life phenomena and life activity rules, which characteristic is demanding high ability in experiment and practice; its teaching emphasizes operation ability, practice ability and creativity ability. Therefore, it is of great importance to establish, solve and put into use of teaching questions and put out new questions. Thus, the class requires questions to show the thinking value.Under the background of modern education mode, the essay analyzes researches and related theories about question leading education domestically and abroad, and combines usage of junior biology textbook (Jinan Edition) and practice and thoughts of teaching, tries to find out the proper education mode of"question leading education"for junior biology education, and tests it's teaching effects. The research defines ideas of question leading and education mode, concludes the basic path of question leading education mode: to create situation---- put out question; idea communication---- problem solution; knowledge construction---- question practice; emotion raising---- derived question, and comments on characteristics of question leading education mode, question design, teaching strategy and evaluation method.In order to check the advantages of question leading education mode in biology teaching, the author did questionnaire and experiment in four classes. The conclusion is:①The question leading education mode boosts in student study interests, raises class participation, is good for digging out students'study ability, and put students to learn actively.②Question leading education mode raises students ability of thinking and problem solving, rises up quality of thinking, boosts students to form specific ways and skills in process of problem solving, and therefore, it may train ideas of question and creativity, and emphasize students'main status and teacher's leading function.③Question leading education mode is good for students to construct the knowledge system by themselves, improve efficiency and effect of class study, rises up self-study ability, and make obvious effect in study marks.④question leading education mode greatly practices students'language ability, promote the establishment of self-confidence and responsibility, which is good to construct a harmonious, democratic and open education atmosphere, strengthen feelings between teacher and students, and meanwhile, the teacher can know students better.⑤Question leading education mode, which focuses on question discovery, thinking and putting into practice, and thinks in the mode of long run period, is of great importance of actual problem solving in students work and life.⑥The ladder form design and showing method of question can efficiently solve the hard part of education, emphasize main part, especially good for new teaching materials with many and hard biologic terms.
