With the development and change of society,the demand for professionals is increasing.In the school,the students are faced with a lack of awareness of learning,school bullying incidents and other issues.Therefore,the Ministry of education in the graduate student stage to set up the teacher talent cultivation mechanism has a highly specialized occupation skill-school.With the increasing demand for professionals,in 2016 an increase of 19,a total of 45 Teachers,college teacher talent cultivation.With the establishment and development of colleges and universities,in order to ensure the quality of training.The Ministry of education capital supervision process,in addition to culture,but also the establishment of third party evaluation agencies periodically evaluate the school,in order to ensure the training quality of the students.In addition to the external quality assurance measures of education,the Ministry of education also requires the establishment of all faculty University self evaluation,understand their own shortcomings through the evaluation,the improvement in the day after.And through the internal education quality assurance measures,from the selection of students,the form of practice,curriculum,etc..Japan through the internal and external education quality assurance measures for the teaching quality of the teaching of the University of the specific supervision,promote the Japanese master of education degree of education quality improvement and stability.The first part introduces the content of total quality management and higher education quality assurance,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the educational quality guarantee measures of Japanese master of education.The second part introduces the external measures to guarantee the quality,in Japan's Ministry of science and the third party evaluation mechanism of training quality of the status of the review.The third part is to introduce the internal measures to guarantee the quality,through to 4 cases selected in the school enrollment,teachers,curriculum,practice and education achievement feedback safeguard measures,analyze its characteristics for China to learn from.The fourth part is the inspiration to China.After the study,we find that besides the perfect external education quality guarantee measures,the internal education quality assurance measures are more important.Our country can strengthen and improve the master of education from the master of relevant laws,the establishment of specialized third party evaluation mechanism,perfecting the enrollment system,optimize the existing teachers, constructing distinctive curriculum,practice inspiration form,establish and improve the graduate education achievement feedback approach,to provide reference for the development of master of education in china.And the core content of educational quality assurance is the safeguard measures of the university itself,our country should make the education quality guarantee measures completlely,which cultivate more high-quality students,promote the education of master of professional degree develops rapidly in China.
