At present,most of the Chinese college Javelin Teaching course is one of the "reverse teaching method",from the last development stage began in the javelin throwing step teaching and learning approach.This teaching method does is to grasp the javelin technology students,but for a long time with the same teaching mode,there are some problems,such as students throwing step rhythm or not approach acceleration is not obvious and so on.In order to solve these problems,to improve the Javelin Teaching phenomenon,a comparative experiment using "positive education" and "reverse" teaching,analysis of two kinds of teaching modes of various advantages and disadvantages,hoping to provide a reference by the track and field teaching mode and ideas for the majority of teachers in track and field,so that the majority of teachers it can get inspiration,but also provide a practical value to improve the current situation of track and field teaching in colleges.At present all kinds of literature related to the "reverse" positive teaching "teaching" in the teaching of Javelin Teaching Research,this study has filled the blank in domestic research significance in a certain sense,can lay the foundation for further study of similar.Select Beijing Sport University School of education 3 class 2016 and class 12 as the experimental object,the test area for two classes of basic physical fitness test,the test shows that the two groups of time no significant difference.In the experimental group,"forward teaching method",the control group using the "reverse teaching method"".In the whole research process,using the method of literature,observation,mathematical statistics,experimental method and so on,to guarantee the teaching content in the experimental group and the control group.Teaching scene,teaching progress in the same case,the same teacher to teach,in teaching after the completion of the two groups on the technical assessment and compliance testing,and through the analysis of the video to draw the following conclusions:1 in the Javelin Teaching course,teaching method and teaching method is reverse to some extent to make the students master the Javelin Teaching,because the tension,the experimental class adopted positive teaching method from the experimental point of view slightly better in the technical assessment and achievement on the inverse control class teaching method,but there was no significant difference.2 students of the experimental class is better than the control class in the javelin complete technology.Reverse teaching method in the control class the teaching emphasis in Javelin technology,in practice most of the in-situ practice,causes the student to dynamic in the javelin setting,the action of various deformation appeared in the complete approach javelins4;experimental group teaching in throwing step,in practice most of the movement in the practice.In the run-up to complete javelins4 action more process.3 throwing the javelin as a highly technical sport action of complex structure,difficult for students to learn,8 class teaching is difficult to make the students really grasp the javelin,the teaching methods in the teaching process and practice is particularly important.In the study of some complex movements,only the mechanical exercises are often ineffective,the use of targeted exercises to help students better understand the process of action.
