| 2011 is the third year since our province began to carry out the new curriculum standards from 2009. So the new curriculum standards is a new challenge for the teachers in Hubei Province. The concept in the new curriculum "for all students" focuses on students'comprehensive development and life-long development. "Standard" proposed the basic requirements that all students should meet by hard working. While, it is very flexible that can adapt to the conditions of different schools and the requirements of different students to achieve individualized, and promote the full development of each student. But the basis for rural high school students is general weaker, and the teaching conditions is poor. If you want to meet new curriculum requirements, you need to explore an actual teaching method that correspond to the rural high school. For all students requires us not give up any student, therefore, hierarchical teaching is indispensable.Hierarchical teaching to students must meet the reality, we must recognize the difference between the students, so that each student can improve themselves in varying degrees on the original basis. As an important component of basic education, Organisms also need to achieve "individualized." Hierarchical teaching means to design different teaching aids, teaching content, teaching method on the basis of the students' basic, intelligence, learning ability, interest features and other factors, which can guide different types of students to learn, so that each student can be improved. The basic starting point is to carry out different teaching method and promote the students'comprehensive, sustainable and harmonious development through pay attention to individual differences of students. While high school biology classes carry out the hierarchical teaching we should follow the main principle, the dynamic principle, the hierarchy and integrity principle, democracy and equality principle.Based on the above principles, I carried out my teaching practice for a semester in Fourth Guangshui City high school based on the studying of national and abroad education theory and drawing on the experience of other educators. I comply with the hierarchical teaching pinciple strictly in the process of my practice. I always try my best to follow the pinciples below in my teaching practice:1. To meet the needs of students at different levels, and to promote the student's academic achievement ultimately.2. Associated basic knowledge with the ability training to improve the students' ability to use knowledge to solve practical problems.3. Improve the students learning initiative in class through the interaction between teachers and students, and interaction between students and students.After a semester of practice and exploration, the achievements in my class has generally been improved, the students' learning initiative has been improved, while the students are more confident in learning biology, and class participation rate increased obviously, the classroom atmosphere is boom. We can see the hierarchical teaching can fully meet the needs of students, give full play to the student's personal characteristics, and teacher-student relationship has also been significantly improved through the teaching practice and exploration. Students are forced to learn in the past while they become to learen initiatively now. In short, hierarchical teaching plays an important role in Fourth Guangshui City high school curriculum reform, it is the reflect of the implementation of the new curriculum. |
