To compile the course books conformed to the idea of new-course reform is an important work of the new run basic education course reform in our country. The essence of Mathematics is the soul of Mathematics course book compiling. The academic world has put forward a thought to integrate, innovate and optimize math for the sake of education which fully embodies the idea of basic education course reform. However, what should the mathematics textbook like compiled by education math idea? How to grasp the mathematical education thought in each link of textbook compiling? These issues should not only be lucubrated theoretically but also be tried and solved in practice. This research discusses how the educational mathematics thought guides the compiling of junior high school mathematics textbook.This paper contains six chapters. Chapter one elaborates the research background, research purpose and research meaning of the paper and puts forward to the research question. Starts from the core status of course in education and the disadvantages of traditional textbook compiling, this paper has expounded the importance of textbook compiling under the new course reform and discussed the directive function of education math thought to textbook compiling.Chapter two is the literature review which summarizes education math thoughts from the raise, development and refinement of education math and from knowledge view, learning view and student outlook to eloborate the bacis theories of course development and textbook compiling.Chapter three is the theoretical concepts of this research and the core and important point of this paper. This chapter contains three sections. Section one, the basic principle of junior highe schllo math textbook basic on education math thought. In the author's point of view, the selection of junior high school course content should according to the the subject of math and educational function which should run through the selection work. Section two, the basic dimensions of junior math textbook compiling basic on education teaching thought which are content selection, content organizaiton and content presentation. Section three, the bacis strategies of textbook compiling. This section only selects several aspects which can reflect the education math characteristics most, like the reform of course structure, the simplication of knowledge unity and activity design, hoping to have an enlighted effect.Chapter four is the demonstration part of this paper by analysing the two current versions of junior high school math textbook. Set off with the theoretical concepts in previous chapter and basic on statistics, this chapter discusses how education math content manifested in the three dimensions of textbook compiling by illustration.Chapter five has designed a teaching experiment basic on part of the theoretical concepts of education math thoughts and designed the specific questionnaire of teaching effect and systematically analysed the test result hoping to enlight the textbook researchers and compilers.Chapter six analyses the main work and deficiencies of this research and puts forword to the questions needed to be researched.
