Since the past thirty years of reform and open-up, the historic achievements obtained by the reform and development of our country's vocational education, have been the important bases to promote economic development mode change, build modern industrial system, improve the livelihood of people, push the urbanization process, construct a nation of powerful education and participate in international economic competition. Our country is now in the medium term of industrialization, in order to realize the transform from the human resources powers to great powers, we mainly rely on vocational education.
