A Study On The Current Situation And The Countermeasures Of The High School Physical Education In Xinxiang City

The development of physical education in China is closely related to physical education teachers,so the cultivation of physical education teachers is the key to the sustainable development of physical education in China.social sports guidance and so on.In this study,566 college entrance examination students and 22 PE teachers in 16 ordinary high schools in Xinxiang City were investigated to find out the problems existing in the college entrance examination in Xinxiang City,and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.In this paper,the study and training of 16 college entrance examination students in Xinxiang city are analyzed by means of literature and the factors that restrict the study and training of college entrance examination students are found.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1.From 2018 to 2020,the number of students enrolled in the physical education college entrance examination in Xinxiang City dropped from 1358 to 1041.2.Xinxiang sports college entrance examination students more boys than girls,the main motivation of most candidates to participate in the physical education college entrance examination is to go to college through the way of physical education.Because half examinee training years in half a year,the sports foundation is weak,does not have the ball game and so on special specialty,therefore chooses the track and field special person to be the most.3.the age of PE teachers tends to be younger,the ratio of men and women is uneven,and the number of female teachers is small.Most of the special sports teachers for track and field,basketball,football,martial arts,gymnastics fewer people.The number of PE teachers with master's degree is small,most of them are undergraduate degree;most PE teachers have weak scientific research ability and lackself-learning consciousness.4.Xinxiang City physical education college entrance examination student culture course foundation is generally not ideal,most people study attitude is not correct enough,most examinee does not make the study plan very well.Sports college entrance examination students culture class organization form is also different,mainly divided into collective teaching and decentralized teaching,the two organizational forms have their own advantages and disadvantages.5.most ordinary high school training infrastructure is not perfect,lack of indoor venues,training equipment tends to aging.6.Xinxiang PE teachers make training plan is divided into annual training plan,weekly training plan and class training plan,the number of candidates who complete the training plan on time is not large.Collective training is the main organizational form of college entrance examination students in Xinxiang City,and the training time of most candidates is relatively reasonable.7.Xinxiang No.7 Middle School adopts the management mode of common development of study and training for PE college entrance examination students,pays attention to the selection of PE college entrance examination students,PE teachers communicate closely with culture teachers,attach importance to the two-way development of examinee's sports injury is common in the training of college entrance examination students,the training method is not scientific,8.the preparation activity is insufficient,and the technical action error is all the factors that lead to the injury of the examinee.The importance of physical education teachers to the psychological training of candidates needs to be improved,psychological training to a certain extent.
