High school is the second peak of adolescent growth and development,but the nutritional status of high school students is not optimistic.For a long time,the society,school and family do not pay much attention to nutrition education,which leads to the lack of good nutrition knowledge reserve and healthy living environment.Therefore,in recent years,the phenomenon of obesity and malnutrition in high school students has been on the rise,and the behavior of partial eating,picky eating,anorexia,overeating,not eating on time,eating unhealthy snacks and so on is very common.In addition,high school students are under great learning pressure and need more nutrition.This will inevitably affect the growth and health of students.Biology teaching in high school is not only to improve students' biological science literacy,but also to lay a foundation for students' knowledge and skills needed for healthy life.High school biology textbooks have a lot of nutrition education related knowledge,which is a good penetrating material.Biology teachers only need to connect biology teaching materials,nutrition knowledge and social life,and timely and appropriate osmotic nutrition education,which will improve students' nutrition knowledge,attitude and behavior to some extent in the long run.In order to conduct this study,the author firstly consulted relevant literature,clarified relevant concepts,research status,and formulated nutrition education strategies based on the actual situation.Before the practical study,the subjects were premeasured by the nutrition questionnaire.And make relevant analysis and guidance Suggestions to facilitate the determination of specific nutrition education content and methods.Secondly,carry out the practice of osmotic nutrition education,and further improve the program through observation and investigation in the practice process.At last,the changes of nutrition knowledge,attitude and behavior of students through the infiltration education of one semester are analyzedthrough the post-test questionnaire.Through further data analysis,the conclusion is drawn that the osmotic nutrition education in high school biology teaching has certain promoting effects on students' nutrition awareness,the change of positive nutrition attitude and the formation of healthy dietary behavior.Due to the short time of this study,the limited number of experimental and control classes,the lack of literature analysis experience,and the lack of data analysis and processing capacity,it has certain limitations on the investigation and research.Therefore,the author will further strengthen this aspect of the research experience,for the later research preparation.
