Since 2009, China has started to enroll students attend to full-time professional master degree. The curriculum of full-time education master degree has produced a very big change compared with master of pedagogy and master of education within the sector of curriculum concept, curriculum objectives, curriculum content and curriculum implementation. Facing the professional and practice that full-time education master degree required, how to improve full-time education masters' professional quality and practical wisdom is both a theory problem and a practical problem which need to solve urgently.This study aimed at the curriculum of full-time education master degree as a logical starting point, combing cultivation plans of full-time education masters, discuss the curriculum development according to the existing problems by stood in the angle where beyond the theoretical basis and realistic perspective. It is suggests that the curriculum of full-time education master degree should turn "emphasis on academic" to "professional practice" to meet the requirements of high quality teacher from primary and secondary schools.In the specific curriculum development of full-time education master degree, by means of analysis the "Chain" characteristics among pedagogics, discipline and academic, the curriculum objective of full-time education master degree should based on teachers' phronesis, pay equal attention to professional feelings and professional beliefs, give consideration to the phronesis and wisdom of education, communion action reflection and professional development.Meanwhile, guide by the curriculum objective of full-time education master degree, the curriculum content's selection and organization must be considered by the professional and practicality of full-time education master degree. In case to make the curriculum content meet the request of full-time education masters and the actual needs of teachers'professional development. In the meantime, and both meet the future needs and from the reality. Make professional and practical to the union while combined theoretical knowledge and practical wisdom. Let knowledge, skills and ability taken into account.Finally reflected the curriculum implementation in operational level, according to the discuss of curriculum implementation's organization form and mode. It suggests that implement diverse teaching organization form to promote the practice ability of full-time education masters, advocate interactive effective action research, constructed open learning practice, and frame three kinds of curriculum implementation mode which are experience studying, curriculum community and joint guidance of mentor to help management interdisciplinary the expertise group with diversified curriculum implementation method.
