The existing research shows that, the primary-secondary transition period as the turning point of education and the individual characteristics of the period, the context changes such as school context, interpersonal relationship, students themselves and so on, makes the individual who live Surround there produce discomfort easily, and then influence their adaptation and development throughout high school career. Many parents and teachers reflect that quite part of students show well in primary, but obviously grades slipped and other learning or behavioral problems in secondary. But there are few related researches in domestic at present, mainly is experience summary of some classroom teachers' teaching, and a few researches about some subject teaching connected. Sign in the related research is insufficient and the actual demand increasing, this study based on developmental contextualism theory and ecological systems. Survey the contextual changes in the period of primary-secondary transition and Search for the changes which will produce challenge for students'learning and life when they entered junior high school, and then according these changes to design corresponding schemes.This study successively uses interviewing and open questionnaire to 1st Grade Junior Middle School Students. Select two classes of students from a middle school of Changchun city as interview object, and compiled the questionnaire according to the interviews results. Then select three classes of students from B middle school of Changchun, one class of students from a middle school in Suiping of Henan province, and one class of students from a middle school in Xinxiang of Henan province as investigation objects. The paper finds that the contextual changes which influenced on student'study and life during the transition concentrated in five aspects, it is respectively: learning \students themselves\ companion group \teachers\family and so on. Finally, according to these changes, proposed the corresponding education Suggestions, and design adaptive schemes for five days in one week, it includes five big themes: knowing the new life, learning to adaptation, getting along wish new companion, adolescent self-awareness, communication training (between teachers and students\ students\students and their family). Hope the week-long adaptive schemes can provide help for the primary-secondary readiness, preventing possible problems and intervening in appeared problems.
