Cooperative Learning includes two aspects: teaching and learning. Cooperative Learning in the elementary school of Primary Language classes is benefit for pupils. It can promote the development of the pupils' subjectivity and creativity, it is also a foundation of training the era citizens who can cooperate well and get along well with the other people.The author had some observations about the Cooperative Learning present situation in primary language classes. Because of various restrictions, Cooperative Learning Method had not a effective implementation in Primary Language in the elementary school. Based on the reality, the author did a action research and found out a new Cooperative Learning Mode which based on each unit and include five modules. The author expects that the new mode can inspire teachers to create more Cooperative Learning methods and modes which can use into the teaching reality in the Primary language classes in elementary school.This paper mainly includes the study review of Cooperative Learning Design, the action research of Primary Language teaching strategies design of cooperative learning :Found Problems; the action research of Primary Language teaching strategies design of Cooperative Learning: Design ;the action research of Primary Language teaching strategies design of Cooperative Learning: Implementation and Reflection.
