This paper focused on the application of situation of ideology in politics teaching with the characteristics of special discussion. This article began with the situational and situation teaching from the perspective of the situational teaching knowledge, and made a comprehensive interpretation. It analyzed the situation of domestic and foreign research background and teaching circumstance based on teaching method; and discussed the research status and the characteristics of the politics and its significance.This article was conveyed from different angles, such as the characteristics in politics lesson's discipline; teacher's education ability; teaching ability and high school student's characteristics about learning and thinking, then it analyzed necessity and feasibility in using the situation of ideology in politics teaching.This article also studied the application strategies of situational teaching method in the politics lesson by teachers in teaching practice, triggering through situational teaching student's positive thinking, effectively improved their learning efficiency, and stimulated the learning interest of the students, cultivated the student's innovation ability. The exercise improved teacher's professional quality and scientific research ability, which made politics teacher choose the best and effective teaching methods in teaching practice. Teacher taught the students according to their aptitude, which has played a positive role. Specific strategies include creating participatory teaching situation, playing the student's function; creating"experiential"teaching situation to improve student's practice ability; creating"politics type"teaching situation to enrich their activities in class teaching; creating"interest type"teaching situations to cultivate student's enthusiasm; creating"problem-based"teaching situation to cultivate the student's thinking ability. In theory, practice was as a guide. It carries on the summary and the reflection through the concrete and effective teaching cases, finding out the situation in ideology and politics teaching application strategy and better solved the problem of combining teaching theory and teaching practice.How to effectively apply situation teaching in the politics lesson? The author argued that the situation creation should be pay more attention to the teaching purpose and reality, starting out from the teaching material, student's reality, and accomplished the concrete analysis, situation creation want moderation. Politics teachers should constantly improve their own qualities.
