How to make the moral education effictive is the hot spot and difficult point nowadays. Adolescent middle school students have their own personalities and persist their own ways and value. Moral education is a serious topic in the secondary vocational and technical schools, especially for sports school students. These students most are the back-up power of our country's sports enterprise. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical importance for improving the competence of our country's future sports talents and workers.These students are from different areas with different cultural and family background. Most of them leave their parents and lead accomodation life. Besides, they must pay attention to both their training and study. Because of weak basis of study, difficult content of the ordinary high school studying materials, attending intensified trainings and sports meetings, they often have difficulties in studying. Most of all, the majorities of the students don't have good prospect. Few students can be addmited into superior sports schools or sports teams. Most of the students go to the society after graduation. Just as the CCTV program Spring in Sports School in News Investigation reported, their prospects are worrying and the moral education is worthy of attention.Sports students are different from ordinary senior middle school students. From the questionnaire survey and communication, we can say they have some problems in the aspects of moral cognition, moral sentiment, moral behavior and moral belief. Their simple, rude and impetuous behaviors in their daily life are related to their moral recognition, moral sentiment and moral behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to make a thorough inquiry into the reasons.The author believes that there are many factors that affect sports school students'morality, such as social factor, family factor, school factor and personal factor. Through teaching practice and investigation, the author analyses the current situation and affecting factors and provides some moral education strategies. First, attach importance to family education and use scientific family education methods. Make family, school and social education work together. Second, enhance school moral education, improve the related evaluation system, establish moral sentiment that related to life, practice Socratic education, and improve moral educationers'quality. Third, improve social moral education, form positive and upward social righteousness, and set up correct moral value orientaion. Fourth, enhance self-education by self-acceptance in correct self-recognition, self-control in positive self-experience and self-molding in effective self-encouragement.
