| Metallurgical industry is an important infrastructural industry, which plays a crucial role in the social development of natural economy. Iron and steel industry is a more representative and significant branch in metallurgical industry. At present, in our country, it is in the important stage from steel superpower to steel power, and it seems more important to improve the entire quality of the whole staff continuously.This article, making use of common selective survey method, collects and arranges some representative relevant data of 30 iron and steel factories in our country and uses SPSS statistical software to analyze the data. Chapter 1 introduces the background and the common methods of choosing topics.Chapter 2 introduces the sources of data in this article, which uses clustering analysis, classifies and combines the practical situations to analyze 30 iron and steel factories chosen from more than 100 ones. It makes a statistical analysis of the structures of the workers'categories, technical class and their ages, from which people can know the basic circumstances about the iron and steel workers. Chapter 3 analyzes the nature of the 30 iron and steel factories, their subordinated areas and the relation of the workers' numbers between bachelor degree or above and middle and senior professional titles through variance, through the analysis results, people can know that the first two elements don't influence the latter one and there are not any relationship between them. Chapter 4 applies correlation and regressive analysis to study the workers'numbers relation between joining continuing education and middle and senior professional titles, through the research results, people can see that there are obvious forward direction relationship between them and people get relevant regression equation. |
