To construct a group of high-quality PE teachers is the imperative necessity of comprehensively pushing forward the Quality Education and contemporary New Curriculum. Key PE teachers are those who play an important role in leading, demonstrating, focusing and radiating. From this, the quality of key PE teachers will directly affect school physical education in the future. The post training of teachers is an effective way to enhance the overall quality of key PE teachers. This study, led by the top provincial training for PE teacher as an example, will make an evaluation study of this training. And on the basis of the evaluated findings, I put forward related suggestions to the problems in order to further improve the quality of such training in elementary and secondary schools. The paper mainly includes three parts.PartⅠ:Firstly, the paper, with educational evaluation as the theoretical basis and the four-level Kirkpatrick model as the evaluation model, according to the objective and content of this training and using the Delphi method, designs the evaluation index system in two levels of reactions and outcomes in this training, which includes 7 second-level indexes and 38 third-level indexes. Secondly, based on the evaluation index system, the paper applies the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) to determine the index weight. Finally, according to the evaluation index system, I designed a related questionnaire with Delphi methodPart II:Firstly, use software such as SPSS and EXCEL to collect and record data of survey materials. Secondly, use the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in education evaluation to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of primary and secondary index, which is compared and analyzed with 12 levels. Again, use SPSS cluster analysis method to classify the enhanced degree of every index in the harvest level after the training into four categories and to analyze as well. Finally, with the variance analysis of participants' enhanced effects gained by learning, try to test the enhanced differences of every index in harvest level after the training among different participants.Part III:through the evaluation and analysis, the conclusion can be summarized as followed:①The degree of the comprehensive evaluation of the training is 4.12 (satisfied), but is far from the degree 5 (very satisfied).②Of the reaction level of the training, weak stages in the three part of theory, technical subjects and practice are different, and the same as in training organization, training content and trainers.③Before the training, trainees' concept, awareness, theoretical knowledge and practical skills are relatively weak, especially in theory.④Through this training, the learning gains of the trainees have enhanced and the comprehensive evaluation value is upgraded from 3.11 to 3.56, but it is still distant to 4 (good) and 5 (very good).⑤There are 7 indexes of learning gains level to be greatly enhanced, except for the other 6,3 of which have smaller increase and other 3 have little change.⑥There are significant differences between trainees' age and applied sports courseware sense together with modem educational technology, between PE assessment levels and seniority together with job title, between education and self-development, between paper publishing and research awareness together with scientific knowledge. Based on these conclusions, there are recommendations in five areas.
