Classroom teaching behavior is the important factor of constructing efficient classroom. It is the basic condition to implement curriculum theory and achieve course reform. Under the background of new curriculum reform, whether the class teaching behavior of the teacher is effective affects the achievement of new curriculum reform and the function of moral education. So, though the effective teaching research about political lesson, we can realize the teaching goal of unity. The paper is divided into four parts: The first part of this paper describes the background, significance, current situation and innovations. The second part, from the new curriculum reform and the subject characteristics, it explains the positive significance of life-oriented teaching. In the third part, the application of the life-oriented teaching on the improvement of Ideological and political lesson teaching effectiveness will be discussed, from classroom teaching resource selection and the generating of teaching process. The fourth part confirms the specific requirements of promoting constructing efficient classroom teaching from the teacher and the school and teaching evaluation mechanism.
