Ancient and modern scholars and educator, all clearly read the promoting function for writing, to value and affirmation the literacy relationship. Their theory explains: reading and writing are not separated in Chinese teaching, reading is the base of writing and writing is the sublimation of reading.Literacy teaching, is the basic problem of the Chinese teaching, is also the effective means of promoting Chinese education quality.
