School structure adjustment is the structure adjustment in the geographical spatial of a country or region. It is closely related between the level of social and economic development and population distribution situation. Whether the structure of the school, it directly relates to the efficiency utilization of education resource and education development. The change is mainly caused by the school-age population sharply reducing, the improvement of the level of the urbanization, the population migration, the Internet and new technology in computer teaching application.The structural adjustment of the rural school isn't equal to schools merged. It isn't simple "removal and merger" or "eliminate" in Russia. However, in concentration and joint basis, scientifically and reasonably"withdraw"and"connect"or "tone" and "add" elementary and middle schools in rural. Its purpose is to be able to effectively use the material, technology, talent, financial and management resources in ordinary education institutions to ensure the student's education popularization and education quality improvement in countryside. Through the test of the economic level, the geographical condition, population trends in different experiment areas, the author summed up some structure adjustment modes successfully: Ancillary branches of the basic schools, resource center, social culture complex, mobile laboratories, rural schools, education institutions professional type and so on. It accumulated experience for future structure adjustment.This paper consists six parts, basic content as follows:The quote part contains research purpose, significance, the present situation, the method and important concept interpretation.The first chapter basically introduces the background of the structural adjustment of rural school in Russian. It mainly from the modernization, school status and influence factors of rural school development in Russia.The second chapter presents the basic policy about the structural adjustment of rural schools in Russia. It mainly aimed at school structural reform of rural in Russia which is published by Dumas promulgated in 2001. It introduced the content, the basic principles and direction, basic modes. It introduced the structure adjustment of Dumas experimental areas in 2002 and 2004. It summarized the main modes of structural adjustment.The third Chapter analyzes the detailed implementation modes structural adjustment of rural school in Russia. Through the case analysis, it introduced ancillary branches of the basic schools, resource center, social culture complex, mobile laboratories, and rural professional education institutions in schools and so on.And it involved distance education, the school bus plan, boarding school in structure adjustment process.The fourth chapter analyzed the economic benefits structural adjustment of rural school model in Russia in the view of economic. And this kind of structure adjustment is improving education quality of students whether or not in rural areas.The fifth chapter analyzed the characteristics and problems about the structural adjustment of rural schools in Russia, triggering the thought of the layout and adjustment of our country school.
