The revitalization of the hope of the nation in education, in the hope of revitalizing education teachers. Therefore, in an increasingly competitive world of the 21st century, countries around the world put in-service teacher training as the country's an important project task, in-service training for teachers to give special attention.Teacher training is a dynamic process of advancing with the times. Comparing with the new curriculum, the existing teacher-training system by the impact of the strong wave of education reform, its training philosophy must advance with the times, the training model must continue to change, training strategy must be more effective. In other words, we should point of view of system theory, the first teacher training system systems thinking, the whole reform. This will help improve teacher training and improve the quality of teacher training, so as to promote China's primary and secondary school teachers training along scientific, and healthy development track.On the primary and secondary school English teacher training, China's Foreign Language Education Research Center, Zhou Yan (2002) that teacher training should give priority to update the majority of teachers in educational theory and reform of the teaching mode, because the level of English teachers is a long-term task, Is also a possible through its own efforts to gradually resolve the issue, and the concept of education to update and change the mode of teaching through the collective participation of teachers in lectures, reading, discussion and demonstration, and other learning experiences in gradually, but also the broad masses Teachers and departments in charge of the active support to complete.
