Music lessons in primary and secondary education is a course indispensable. 21st century, China's education are highly valued, and the strong support of all sectors of society, which also contributed to the rapid development of music education. China is a typical agricultural country, the agricultural population of about eighty percent of the total population, basic education in rural primary and secondary education has become a top priority. Music education is student-oriented, by teaching students to sing, to teach basic music knowledge and skills, music appreciation and so full of emotions of teaching, the aesthetic education of students. Let the children see the world with the perspective of the United States. Music education for the students view of the world, creative culture, to cultivate such noble sentiments have an irreplaceable role.But I found that due to the unbalanced development of urban and rural education and other factors, in the economically underdeveloped rural areas the status of music education in primary and secondary schools and the state of music education seems to requirements there is a gap. On this issue, I conducted a series of investigations and research. College graduate attended by the organization during the activities to support education practice, and deep into the underdeveloped areas of the Lishu some of the rural schools, the emphasis on music education, teaching philosophy, teaching equipment, teaching staff structure, and the music quality of students the situation of teaching management in a series of investigations.
