Construction Of Primary And Middle School Teachertroop In Less Developed Regions

In China, "the county education" mainly refers to basic education, also means compulsory education is in the dominant position. Education rural-based is a common phenomenon in our county. Therefore, most teachers of primary and secondary school teachers in the county are in small towns and rural. "County-based education" teacher management system is the system that the people's governments at county level responsibility for the development of teachers in their counties. In this paper, to Yuanling County for example, it has studied the present situation and problems in construction of teachers in less developed areas, in the end put forward countermeasures.Firstly, The article introduces the general situation of Yuanling county status and it's education. It also survey the present situation of teachers in this region. Then, according to the status of teachers in Yuanling County, the article ananlysis the construction of elementary and middle school teachertroop, conclusion that the main problems in the construction of teachertroop are irrational of age structure, lack of teacher-student ratio, the regional distribution of balance, not complete of discipline configuration, the crisis of not agree with teaching profession and so on.Thirdly, Comparison of foreign methods in construction of primary and secondary school teachertroop, focusing on analysis of Japan, Korea and the Western countries, and put a direction for our county.In the end, it based on the investigation of Yuanling County, as well as learn from developed countries on education, proposing measures to strengthen the construction of primary and secondary school teacher in less developed regions.
