A Research On Music Teaching Of Knowledge And Skills With Music Aesthetics As The Core

The teaching of music knowledge and skills in elementary schools is an quintessential part of elementary music education. By a cultivation of students'interest in music, the teaching aims to improve the students'music aesthetic ability.For elementary music education, the aesthetic effect of music should be incorporated into the knowledge- and- skill teaching practice. By this, the students'interest in music can be cultivated. Right following this, their artistic sensibility, taste, creativity, and aesthetic ability can be improved.Starting from the talk on the content about the teaching of music knowledge and skills as well as aesthetic features, the thesis tries to make out the connotation of the music- knowledge- and- skill teaching with music aesthetics as the core. The thesis makes a research on the reason why the music teaching will apply music aesthetics as its core. In this course, some background about the argument, the significance, as well as research methods are given. From an instance of music teaching in an elementary school, I try to make an exploration on the teacher's teaching opinions and methods, the students'studying attitudes and ways as well as the outcome of students'learning of music knowledge and skills. According to the problems existant in the elementary class, first I insist that the teachers and students'misunderstandings about muci-knowledge-and-skill teaching should be corrected. Following it, I come up with the correct teaching theories in the field. Then, from the analysis of some instances I give out a feature which is that music knowledge and skills should be combined with teaching contents and materials. The proper methods which can be adopted in teaching include a cultivation of interest, playing and singing , CAI teaching, the rhythm method as well as the comparative method. Finally, I make an elucidation about how to improve the students'learning of music knowledge and skills.
