The Research About The Employment Of Students In Private Vocational Education Institution

The employment of the university students has turned to a serious problem after the higher education has shared by most of people. It is obvious that the higher vocational education has played an irreplaceable fundamental role in building a harmonious socialist society and speeding up promoting the process of socialist modernization showing by the demand of the society and the function of higher vocational education. Private vocational education has turns out to be an important member of the system of national vocational education after 20years'development.Researching the track of the development of private vocational institution which involves recruit new students, teaching, management, employment etc turns out to be a good topic for university.The thesis choose the employment service of private vocational education as the research object, by studying the case of newer software education, analyzing the developing and reforming of the employment service system of the private vocational education in different angles. By considering factors which impact the development of vocational education, the thesis has studied the object from four aspects. First,the theoretic basis of the employment of vocational education institution. Second the factors which impact the private education institution. Third the case study of the employment of newer software education. Last,the strategies which can promote the employment of students in the private vocational institution. This thesis not only proposed the manage model of private vocational institution but also found a way to consummate the service system of the private vocational institution.
