The organizational ecology theory analyzes diverse kinds of organization phenomenon deeply from a unique perspective and explains the laws of dynamics of organizations. Analyzing the educational problems from the perspective of organizational ecology can not only enrich the development and application of the theory, but also help people to study the law of education development better.On the basis of reviewing the educational ecology theory and density dependence theory and the resource partitioning theory, the thesis chooses the primary schools in Hang Zhou XiaCheng District as research subjects and analyzes factors of school number, size, age and teacher forces by organizational ecology theories.Several assumptions based on the density dependence theory and the resource partition theory are proved in the XiaCheng District of Hang Zhou: (1) The founding number of primary schools decreases as the density increases in XiaCheng District; (2) The relationship between the primary school numbers and secondary school numbers is co-evolutionary ; (3) The elder school present higher education quality; (4)The stronger the teachers forces are, the higher education is; (5) The interscholastic pressure has a positive relationship with educational resource concentration;According to these conclusions, the thesis put forward several advices for the development of XiaCheng District primary school.
