The aim of vocational education has promoted unique requirements for the teachers in related schools. Training of "double-type" teachers is the key stone in constructing teaching stuff for vocational schools, which is also the core aspect that not only exhibits the character of vocational education but also improves the teaching quality. With the development of our national economy and the continually increased requirements for vocational education, training of "double-type" teachers has become a problem that intrusion the development of vocational schools and also a chock-point for the improving of the quality vocational education. Since1997the "double-type" teachers in the former State Education Commission of the relevant document has appeared, the "double-type "teachers construction become the important content of our country occupation education development, while, how to build a team of the " double-type " teachers teaching staff didn't take a breakthrough from first to last. It encountered in practice a variety of difficulty and problem, need to solve.Therefore, how to build the general applicability of the "double-type" teachers training model is to improve the quality of education, and do the key to increase the vocational educational content and characteristics. In this paper, the theoretical study on the basis of the " double-type " teachers, teacher professionalization theory, life-long education concept, and adult learning theory, researched on the faculty construction of Sichuan cooking College, and finally proposed to strengthen the overall training plan of the" double-type " teachers, to establish a new " double-type " teacher concept and standards, to strengthen the school's own "double Type" teachers, to improve teacher training mechanism and part-time teachers management mechanisms, in order to make a positive contribution to the training of the "double-type" teachers in the new situation.
