Emergency Management Research Of School Safety

School safety issues more and more social attention under the influence of respect for life, building a harmonious society and the return of education nature. In recent years, new demands are put forward on the school safety emergency management because of frequent earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters, SARS, AH1N1 flu and other infectious diseases, the corridor stampede, fire and other incidents. Research on emergency management at home and abroad has made some achievements, which provides a theoretical basis and practical experience on the school safety emergency management. Security emergency management research of the school in our country is still relatively small. There are still some outstanding problems on school safety emergency management, and the measures are needed to enrich and perfect. Based on this, the paper studies school safety emergency management.This paper consists of four parts. The first part illustrates the content of school safety emergency management at home and abroad on the main results. The second part indicates the problems of school safety emergency management, mainly reflected in the ideological congnitiongs deviation, impractical mangement, insufficient funds and imperfect safety plans and education so on. The third part analysis the basic principles of emergency management, systems and procedures accordion to the study of society emergency management and the fact of schools. The fourth part proposes strategies to strengthen the school safety emergency management, including awareness-raising, making scientific safety plans, strengthening the "Three Systems", strengthening security measures, paying attention to safety culture making use of school safety education program and positively asking for support from social force of emergency management etc.
