Along with the development of quality education and educational informatization, Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum(IITiC) as a kind of new teaching model is increasingly the concern of the majority of teachers. Although experts and scholars have plenty of research and theories on IITiC, the practical integration theory of a specific subject and practical strategy are not comprehensive enough or deep. This thesis will focus on the connotation and the foundation of the integration of information technology and junior high school physics teaching. Combined with middle school student physical and psychological characteristics, junior high school physical science characteristics and my own practical teaching experience, this thesis analyzes the advantages and problems arising from integration, put forward improved strategies, principles and methods, and as well provide some teaching cases as references.
