The Research On Rural Residential Area's Land Consolidation Potential And Mode

Rural residential land consolidation is becoming increasingly concerned as an important land management work, through the consolidation of rural residential, rural living environment can be optimized to promote land conservation, intensive use, but also ease the contradiction between supply and demand of land, to achieve balance of arable land effective way.In this paper, Zhaoyuan, for example, where the region through social economic ,geographical conditions features, a detailed investigation and research, planning and management from the perspective of the field survey, meet the local area characteristics of land consolidation mode, based on reality and take a combination of theoretical study, Qualitative, quantitative, research orientation. General framework for the paper, to combine the development of land consolidation, rural residents that land consolidation is of great significance. From the land consolidation concepts and basic theory, in systems theory, theory of landscape ecology, sustainable land use theory, the ecological economic theory and other theories based on the application of the basic principles of land consolidation and research methods, rural residential home and abroad The main mode of land consolidation and the basic experience to Zhaoyuan City, empirical study of residential land consolidation potential and consolidation models. Finally, research status, to study the limitations and further research were summarized in three aspects.This study includes five parts:The first part, Introduction, briefly introduced the background and significance, domestic and international research trends, and the thesis research ideas, methods and technical routes.The second part, the related concepts and basic theory, introduces the related concept of land consolidation and rural settlements and the basic theory of the principle of land consolidation.The third part,the status of rural residential land use and the potential of rural residential land consolidation analysis, briefly introduced the current principal of the situation of rural residential land; Introduced rural residential land use standards, and the commonly used methods to estimates the consolidation potential.The fourth part, rural residential land consolidation model, this part briefly introduced several models of rural residential land consolidation.The fifth part, the empirical study of Zhaoyuan's rural residential land consolidation, in this part, use empirical method to study Zhaoyuan's the rural residential land consolidation potential, and on this basis consistent with several modes about rural residential land consolidation.
